1 Aug 2006 - the day i dropped my phone into the lake.
can't believe im so clumsy!! i was at chinese gardens in the morning for a brigade run then i was talking to someone then i swung my arm and phone just flew out of my hand and 'plop!' there went my phone into the lake. fucking lakes. that is why i only like lakes that are made of cement and contain chlorinated water. this ranks alongside among the stupidiest stuff i've done. eg. streaking permanent marker on my hand "just to see what would happen". twice. feel so dumb my brain must be suffocating its gasps are almost audible.
somehow i've become occasionally surly these few days. think must be the sudden increase in activity that im not used to. no thanks to the king biatch that is my new staff sergeant who keeps calling me to guide him about the equipment we have. he also luurrrveees nagging to be about doing my best for my ippt. i miss the 'me' time that i can solely dedicate to me, me and more me.
ndp preview is over and other than a few glitches i thought it was good. how was it merina? but the freebies committee obviously wasnt working that day...cos i didnt get anything!!!
ps. i've been promoted!!! more $$$!!!
